Our Philosophy
At Seaview, we believe the best food tells the story of where it comes from. Our menu is built around what lands at Tenby harbour each morning — line-caught sea bass, hand-dived scallops, and lobsters from St Davids.
Head chef Rhys Morgan trained in London but came home to Pembrokeshire. His cooking is precise without being fussy, letting the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves.
The dining room looks straight out over Carmarthen Bay. The view changes every day. The food is consistently excellent.
